Office of the General Counsel is seeking a full-time attorney to join their team. The attorney will primarily support the University's labor and employment matters across its global campuses. Responsibilities include:
- Collective bargaining and contract administration
- Grievance handling and arbitration
- Labor relations and engagement
- Employment counseling and advice
- Litigation and dispute resolution
- Must have NLRB experience!
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in labor and employment law, including NLRB practice, and a JD from an accredited law school. Admission to, or ability to waive into the Massachusetts Bar is required.
